There are no guarantees in life.  We will have good days and bad days.  It is all about how we choose to handle them that matters.  Look at the glass half full or half empty.  It is hard to stay positive when life around you seems to be falling apart.  Rest if you must but go on and believe that it will get better.  Sometimes we must see the ugly to appreciate the beauty coming our way.
